Death Valley, California

On Father’s Day we decided to take a little drive from our home in Vegas to the lowest point in North America;  Badwater, Death Valley National Park... 282 feet below sea level.  The entire day ended up being about 290 miles... a pretty short day for us.  Here’s some of the highlights...

Sixty miles or so west of Vegas is Pahrump, Nevada.  Since prostitution isn’t legal in Clark County it’s the closest town for those that wish to partake of that exercise.  Other than that it seems like a pretty nice little town.
